We are currently looking for a Legal Expert ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?

• You will structure cooperation with the Bank’s partners in the area of Banking as a Service (BaaS) products, fronting, and receivables purchase agreements.
• You will review and draft agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
• You will identify and resolve legal issues, providing clear and practical advice to internal stakeholders.
• You will support the structuring and adjustment of new products in the areas of BaaS, fronting, and receivables purchase activities.

Skills you should have

• At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector,
• Proven experience in providing legal support for product implementation,
• Fluency in English,
• Preferred: professional title of Attorney-at-Law.
