We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel for a 6‑month contract with the potential for extension. This role will primarily focus on contracting worldwide and providing local legal advice in Poland, particularly in employment law, corporate law, and KRS filings. You may also be asked to help with international intellectual property matters.

Responsibilities

• Update our end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management processes, including automating contracting processes, developing contract playbooks, and embedding AI‑assisted contract review.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and implement contracts across jurisdictions: vendor contracts, sales contracts, digital assets listing agreements, contracts with independent contractors and employees, intercompany agreements, licensing, and NDAs.
• Develop contract templates and update terms of use.
• Maintain a library of contracts and legal documents.
• Draft internal policies and guidelines.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders (Product, People & Talent, Operations, Sales).
• Support daily legal operational responsibilities across all business areas.
• Help manage intellectual property matters.

Qualifications

• Attorney qualified in Poland (adwokat or radca prawny).
• Experience setting up contract lifecycle management processes and negotiating contracts.
• International mindset with experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proactive and direct communication skills.
• Openness to testing and implementing new technologies.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritising, and problem‑solving skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English and Polish.

Interview Process

• Cross‑functional team collaboration interview (30 min).
• Final interview with our Chief People Officer (30 min).
