Job Summary

We are currently expanding our team in Świdnica and hiring a Legal Counsel who will provide expert advice on corporate and labor law matters, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Reporting to General Counsel Europe, you will be drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting HR on employment issues, and advising management on legal risks related to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and analyze a variety of company legal documentation, including agreements and internal regulations,
  • Represent the company in dealings with regulatory authorities, courts, and external partners,
  • Continuously monitor changes in legal regulations that may impact the company’s operations,
  • Comprehensive management of the circulation, signature and storage of legal documents,
  • Management of KYC process in Dow Jones, other support in Compliance tasks.

Your profile

  • A completed law degree is a prerequisite, with legal counsel training being preferred,
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors,
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and labor law, with a keen interest in developing expertise in international law,
  • Demonstrated accuracy, responsibility, and commitment, with the ability to carry out tasks independently,
  • Strong organizational skills, systematic work habits, and conscientiousness in performing assigned tasks,
  • Excellent command of the English language, sufficient for fluent communication and drafting of legal documentation,
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
