Position Description

• Render legal advice on a broad range of matters, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing commercial contracts such as service agreements, statements of work, rental agreements, and NDAs.
• Collaborate with and provide business‑focused legal counsel to product specialists, sales representatives, procurement associates, business leaders, and other functional experts.
• Establish and maintain cross‑functional internal and external relationships to ensure a high level of service and communication.
• Implement and monitor legal and compliance processes to ensure adherence to company policies and risk mitigation.
• Perform administrative duties required to complete tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the position.

Position Requirements

• Readiness to work under a fixed‑term contract for a period of 2 years.
• Master’s degree in law with passed bar exam(s); experience at an American law school is beneficial.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar legal role.
• High proficiency in English; fluency in German or another European language is an asset.
• Experience with U.S. contracting or as a contract specialist/lawyer in an international business setting.
• Practical experience abroad or in a multi‑national company strongly preferred.
