As a Legal Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance in the end-to-end process of Supply Chain Management (SCM) contract conclusion, from the initiation of agreements to sign-off. You will support multi-country activities and the Supply Chain Legal team, ensuring legal negotiations comply with local and international laws, as well as Amrest rules and interests. You will adhere to best practices and global strategies across CEE markets.

Your challenges:

• Creating, negotiating and executing contracts with various terms and conditions, aligned with the scope of activities,
• Ensuring contracts comply with regulatory guidelines and statutory provisions,
• Drafting and creating standard contracts for AmRest's dealings with external and internal partners,
• Helping the business owners in negotiating Supply Chain contracts,
• Proposing innovative and up-to-date solutions,
• Overseeing and offering support to several markets, while also collaborating with international and local teams.

Your skills & experience:

• Master’s degree in Law,
• Having at least 3 years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably in Supply Chain or Procurement,
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written,
• Experience in drafting contracts,
• Good communication skills, proactivity and autonomy.
