Support the Legal Contracts Team and their stakeholders as a super admin of the Contract Lifecycle Management Tool. Create drafts of various types of contracts to be able to upload them in the Tool, for them to be available for company lawyers.

Your challenges:

• Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management Tool: Serve as the single point of contact for contract owners, users and supplier,
• Manage Contracts Database: Upload contracts and maintain the contracts database to ensure accuracy and accessibility,
• System Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee system operations and work closely with the IT department to ensure the CLM tool is available, secure, and up-to-date,
• Create Contract Templates: Develop and maintain contract templates, ensuring they comply with local and international legal requirements,
• Ensure Compliance: Follow official Amrest contract creation rules and verify the accuracy of templates according to local legal standards.

Your skills & experience:

• Language Proficiency: Very good knowledge of the English language,
• Digital Acumen: understanding of digital tools and technology relevant to contract management,
• Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders,
• Legal Knowledge: understanding of legal principles and requirements.
• Attention to Detail: high level of accuracy in work, ensuring all contracts and templates are error-free,
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
