Role
We have an open position in our motivated legal and compliance team in our Legal Shared Service Center in Kraków, Poland. The team works closely together with our lawyers and compliance specialists at FedExs European HQ in Hoofddorp. We are looking for a Legal Compliance & Integrity Analyst to strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining our risk‑based and holistic compliance program, covering multiple compliance areas such as privacy, anti‑corruption, competition law, code of conduct matters, and trade compliance.
- Manage elements of the compliance program, for example, the third‑party due diligence program, from an administrative or transactional perspective, supported by our Legal Compliance & Integrity Advisors and the legal team.
- Interact with various legal and business stakeholders and maintain successful working relationships with those stakeholders.
- Identify and assess compliance risks, act upon deficiencies or opportunities for improvement, and enhance internal guidance and playbooks.
- Work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required to support the team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (at least CEF level C1), especially with legal and compliance terminology.
- Relevant Masters degree (e.g., in Law).
- Relevant previous work experience after completion of the Masters.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good self‑organisation and excellent communication skills.
- Eager to work in an international environment.
- Able to work at least two days per week from our Kraków office (maximum three days remote).
- Additional language skills are a plus.
