Job description
Join our international legal team and participate in national and regional projects requiring legal support. You will be responsible for the following areas and scope:
- Poland: comprehensive legal services and support for the national structure
- Growing Markets: legal support for IT contracts concluded under common law
Your main responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT contracts and related legal documents
- Providing legal support to Polish internal departments in the implementation of IT contracts
- Providing legal support for projects in the field of new technologies
- Providing advice, consultations, and preparing legal opinions in civil, commercial, labor, and intellectual property law
- Conducting disputes at pre-trial and trial stages
- Creating and consulting on internal regulations
- Legal risk analysis
- Participating in internal and external meetings
- Providing legal support in internal and external audits
Qualifications
Must have requirements
- Higher education in law
- Knowledge of the common law system in IT contracts
- At least 3 years of experience in providing legal services to IT market entities
- Knowledge of Polish civil, commercial, and intellectual property law
- Very good knowledge of English and legal terminology (at least C1)
- Very good work organization, independence, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Entry on the list of trainee attorney-at-law or attorney-at-law
- Experience in M&A projects
- Experience in BPO projects
- Experience in an international corporation or law firm (in-house)
- Experience in legal consultations on international IT projects or corporate issues
- Practical knowledge in IT services, solutions, and products
Additional information
- Work 2-3 times a week from office locations in Warsaw or Katowice
