Recruitment for

We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Leasing Manager for The Shire - one of Devire Groups companies, which specializes in managing co-working spaces.

Your responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the leasing process within the designated centres.
Implement effective leasing strategies to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new members, providing a seamless experience.
Manage a transactional, revenue-generating team, achieving revenue through desk sales, ancillary revenue, and other The Shire products.
Prepare tailored offers for prospective clients.
Maintaining relationships with real estate agents

Employer requirements

2+ years of experience in sales in real estate, asset management, SaaS, or related industries.
Knowing real estate in Regions will be a big advantage.
Proven track record in managing a growth-oriented sales business.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make effective decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in both Polish and English languages.
Dynamic and adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, inspiring dedication and passion within a team.
Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with both team members, agents and clients
