Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the leasing process within the designated centres.
• Implement effective leasing strategies to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue generation.
• Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new members, providing a seamless experience.
• Manage a transactional, revenue-generating team, achieving revenue through desk sales, ancillary revenue, and other The Shire products.
• Prepare tailored offers for prospective clients.
• Maintaining relationships with real estate agents

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales in real estate, asset management, SaaS, or related industries.
• Knowing real estate in Regions will be a big advantage.
• Proven track record in managing a growth-oriented sales business.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make effective decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English languages.
• Dynamic and adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, inspiring dedication and passion within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with both team members, agents and clients
