Location: Remote from Poland

Type of contract: Contract of mandate/B2B - availability 20-30 hours/month

This is an additional job (work per flexible assignment) for a real estate specialist with good Spanish and/or French language skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Performing lease audits: in-depth analysis of lease-related corporate client business specifics
• Finding savings (overcharges) for JLL’s clients by depth review of lease contracts, landlord invoices, service charge budgets & reconciliation statements and related financial documents
• Preparing simple reports showing audit findings & recommendations
• Liaise with landlords to clarify queries, negotiate recoveries
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and landlords

Our Requirements

• Experience in real estate, audit, costs analysis, internal compliance, or contract review is a must
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to independently conclude within a reasonable time frame
• Fluent in English and Spanish, French, or any other major Western European language would be a plus. Fluency in writing; in speaking must be able to communicate clearly
• Questioning mind with the ability to think clearly and precisely
• Good working knowledge of Excel
