Join to apply for the Learning Technology and Integrations Lead role at Vantive
The Learning Technology and Integrations Lead resides in the Global Learning (HR) organization and is the Business System Owner for Vantive’s Learning Management System (LMS). The role ensures the LMS delivers value by aligning its functionality with business needs, managing its lifecycle, and driving continuous improvement. This is a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams in HR IT and Quality IT, translating business needs into technical requirements while maintaining stability and validation.
Vantive is implementing its own LMS on the Cornerstone platform. The Lead is key to implementation activities such as testing, validation, go‑live, and hyper‑care.
Design, establish, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between the Learning Ecosystem and other enterprise systems (e.g., Content Vendors, HRIS, SSO). Monitor data flow and logs to ensure seamless transactions and collaborate with IT and vendors on interface enhancements or error resolution.
Plan and execute end‑to‑end testing for LMS releases, enhancements, and fixes. Conduct impact analysis and regression testing for quarterly and off‑cycle releases, document test cases, defects, and results, and obtain stakeholder sign‑off. Perform UAT testing and address feedback, leading UAT sessions when required.
Review, configure, and test LMS vendor releases; assess and recommend whether to enable new functionality. Coordinate quarterly LMS releases and patch deployments across environments, evaluate release notes, and communicate impact. Lead release readiness meetings and coordinate post‑release validation.
Monitor CSOD platform performance, proactively address system issues, perform root cause analysis for recurring technical problems, and drive long‑term fixes. Partner with internal IT and LMS vendor support for platform health optimization, manage escalations, and maintain documentation for vendor engagements.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal cross‑functional teams and learning vendors, translating business requirements into technical configurations. Provide training, guidance, and system support to functional teams and participate in cross‑functional collaboration and vendor business reviews.
Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency, identify and resolve data quality issues, and act as the primary contact for the data management process between IT developers and the business. Ensure configurations meet evolving business needs and compliance standards, and track usage analytics and user feedback to inform improvements.
Define, document, and optimize learning‑related business processes in CSOD; identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization while ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational policies.
Maintain detailed logs for changes, access control, and system configurations; support internal/external audits by compiling data and evidence of compliance, and ensure adherence to data security, retention, and privacy standards.
Train others on system functionality, develop materials for new functionality adoption, communicate status and solutions, disseminate information timely across functions, and manage the change request lifecycle for CSOD updates. Evaluate business impact, align with stakeholders, and obtain approvals.
