Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback, measure learning effectiveness, and continuously improve learning solutions.
Co-create framework and guidelines on how to create and conduct learning experiences as part of a train-the-trainer concept.
Stay up to date with the latest learning formats and tools, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the Digital Academy.
Coordinate and execute events and workshops, physical and online.
requirements-expected :
Relevant degree within Information Management, Digital Media, Education, or related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in learning design, development, and delivery, preferably within a corporate environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in coordinating and conducting events and workshops, both physical and online.
Preferably tech-savvy and have experience with different technologies as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, etc.
