Responsibilities

• Develop and run talent and development solutions for various clients across UBS including Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Group Functions
• Partner with HR colleagues and senior management to translate business needs into effective solutions
• Design and maintain customized course curriculum and content
• Leverage AI and technology to create state‑of‑the‑art solutions
• Facilitate business‑specific workshops
• Promote talent development through proactive engagement with employees
• Engage in ongoing review of talent strategy and improvement

Your Expertise

• Ideally 5 years of previous experience working as trainer & facilitator in learning and development
• Capability to design, deliver and organize learning solutions and interventions
• Comfortable in delivering training sessions developed by other teams
• Strong affinity towards new technologies and AI
• Understanding of the banking business
• Hands‑on involvement identifying capability gaps and devising talent strategies
• Know‑how to continuously evaluate talent, leadership and learning programs
• Effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions in a global context
• Fluent in English and German
