As a Learning Coordinator , you will be working for our client, a global financial institution. You will play a pivotal role in managing certification and accreditation processes, streamlining learning initiatives through automation, and developing meaningful training metrics. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced tools, you will help shape a culture of continuous learning that aligns with the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and addresses the evolving threat landscape.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing certification and accreditation processes for cybersecurity professionals
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather training and development needs
  • Analyzing learning data and presenting actionable insights to leadership
  • Coordinating with vendors to allocate training and manage customer support
  • Overseeing the creation and updating of content on learning platforms
  • Supporting the delivery of monthly training reports and insights
  • Mapping skills and training opportunities to cybersecurity job roles
  • Driving continuous improvement in service delivery through stakeholder feedback
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of metrics for decision-making

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Experience coordinating training programs, preferably in cybersecurity or risk
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and report on training data
  • Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with process improvement and automation techniques
  • Experience working with vendor relationships and managing expectations
  • A degree in a related field or relevant business experience

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity certification and accreditation processes
  • Experience creating presentations and data visualizations
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection concepts
  • Understanding of project management tools such as JIRA or Monday.com
  • A creative approach to engaging and educating diverse audiences
