As a Learning Coordinator, your role will be to help businesses and teams understand and manage their information, technology, and cybersecurity risks. Youll ensure that risks are clear and that the right controls are in place to handle them effectively. Don’t wait, apply! responsibilities : Conducting data analysis activities and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to identify, collect, organise, interpret, and manage learning and development data from cybersecurity colleagues Contributing to the oversight, support, and management of certification and accreditation demand and delivery in alignment with the cybersecurity departments requests each year Collaborating with cybersecurity professionals and teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of certification and accreditation requests and feedback Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the certification and accreditation service/process and providing process guidance and documentation Working with stakeholders to implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload, ensuring a seamless experience for cybersecurity professionals Collecting and reporting on certification and accreditation metrics to update stakeholders on the status of the program Supporting the team lead with the provision of monthly training insights and reporting across cybersecurity to support decision-making on training initiatives Identifying and mapping skills and education offerings that align with cybersecurity job families and roles Coordinating with strategic learning vendors to manage training and exam allocations and customer queries/support requirements-expected : Knowledge of training and awareness methods Experience in requirements gathering and process improvement Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving Proven experience in coordinating training and awareness activities, preferably in cybersecurity or risk management Expertise in working with and managing vendor relationships Experience in process improvement and automation to enhance service delivery Proficiency in tools supporting internal communication, engagement, and training, such as Share Point, Degreed, and Workplace Skilled in using relevant software packages, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Share Point, and Power Point Excellent spoken and written English with a keen eye for detail Work from the Cracow office 6 days a month Residing in Poland required
