Overview
Learning Consultant – Workday Success Plans. The Workday Success Plans Team delivers programs and services to help customers derive business value from their Workday applications, including feature demonstrations and full feature deployments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
- Deliver small-scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
- Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
- Communicate responses and value to customers clearly and effectively.
- Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
- Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
- Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay familiar with the Workday roadmap.
- Keep up to date with industry practices and engage with customers on those topics.
- Help drive the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption.
- Provide additional advisory services such as Office Hours, configuration and business requirements reviews, one-on-one customer configuration designs, and deployments including full deployment of Workday features. Travel up to 20% may be required.
About You / Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT implementation experience
- 3+ years of experience with Learning systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- 2+ years of software consulting experience
Additional Qualifications
- Workday Certification, or ability to certify in at least one of: Learning, Recruiting, and Talent
- Ability to understand Workday concepts as new features are released
- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements and deliverables
- Strong critical thinking to understand technical process issues and facilitate decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred
- Additional languages: French, German, Italian or Spanish

Work Arrangement
Our approach to flexible work combines in-person and remote work. We aim to spend at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or with customers, allowing a flexible schedule while staying connected with the team. Remote roles may still have opportunities to gather in offices for important moments.
