Responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive project plan for training, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Conduct training needs assessments collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning requirements within the organization.
- Collaborate with trainers and content developers.
- Manage resources such as training materials, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs.
- Organize leadership programs for the executive level.
- Establish and manage the training budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost‑effective training solutions without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with external training vendors or consultants, as needed, to supplement in‑house expertise and resources.
- Implement assessment and evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs on learners and the organizations performance.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and garner support for training initiatives.
- Facilitate and conduct internal training programs.
Experience youll need to bring
- At least 4–5 years of experience in the Learning and Development field.
- Strong knowledge of the local L&D field, including trainers, tools, and learning program design and structure.
- Experience in the IT or iGaming industry will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of training methodology.
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
