Tasks

  • Prepare and deliver global and targeted social engineering campaigns.
  • Analyse data to identify behavioural trends and knowledge gaps.
  • Conduct research with end users to understand training needs and preferences.
  • Design and deliver pilot projects for new learning initiatives, documenting results and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to curate and create training content.
  • Support the development of data models and dashboards to evaluate programme effectiveness.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design options.
  • Produce management information and analytics to drive continual improvement.
  • Oversee specialised cybersecurity projects to enhance awareness and improve tools.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of social engineering testing practices and training evaluation methods.
  • Experience designing and delivering training/awareness campaigns, ideally in cybersecurity or risk.
  • Familiarity with behavioural science, learner psychology, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools such as SharePoint, Degreed, Workplace, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a complex environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Learning Specialist.
  • Experience in customer/supplier support or relationship management (desirable).
  • CCBA or CBAP certification (optional).

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday.com).
  • Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management across concurrent projects.
