Job Description
The Learning and Talent Development Partner is an individual contributor role responsible for designing, supporting implementation, and administering programs that optimize the use of the organizations human capital. This role focuses on talent assessments, organizational design, succession planning, performance measurement, employee engagement and learning to ensure maximum return from the organizations talent. You will partner with other Learning & Talent Development professionals to support regional and enterprise programs, projects and activities.
The role reports directly to the Learning & Talent Development Head for the Global Portfolio Division.

Accountabilities
- Support leadership and management succession strategies and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Oversee performance measurement systems and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, enhancing workforce motivation and collaboration.
- Support workforce data and analytics to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Oversee training delivery.
- Serve as project manager for small project teams, leading initiatives and process improvements.
Education, Behavioral Competencies and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in the area of Learning & Talent; HRBP experience is an asset
- Solid understanding of HR concepts with the focus on talent management and talent development
- Experience in developing advanced instructional and learning material.
- Expertise in training program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong content creation, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and training records management.
- Project and change management experience, including process improvement guidance.
- Innovative thinking and creative problem‑solving in complex situations.
- High attention to detail and precision in managing complex tasks.
