We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join our cohesive People & Culture team as a Learning & Development Specialist . You will take on the task of shaping development paths for employees and collaborators, both at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

Your role will be to design and implement modern, inspiring development programs that will help our teams and the entire organization grow. In close collaboration with the People & Culture department and Managers, you will uncover the potential of employees and collaborators and identify areas worth developing.

You will be responsible for organizing training sessions and workshops, as well as monitoring their effectiveness. If you are fascinated by innovative solutions, new educational tools, and want to create programs and strategies that have a real impact on talent and organizational growth – this role is for you.

Youre a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and can effectively assess training effectiveness.
  • You possess practical knowledge and experience in managing L&D projects.
  • You are assertive, goal-oriented, and independent, with excellent task prioritization skills.
  • You communicate exceptionally well in writing and in public speaking.
  • You have strong negotiation skills to establish favorable terms with training providers.
  • You are quick and effective at handling unexpected challenges.
  • You love working in a team and show empathy toward the needs of employees.
  • You are open to feedback and ready to use it to improve development programs.
  • You are proficient with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • You can create summaries, reports, and pivot tables in Excel, and are skilled in PowerPoint and Forms.
  • Your English proficiency is at least at a B2 level.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting a comprehensive analysis of development needs.
  • Collaborating with HRBPs and Managers to identify competency gaps.
  • Planning, creating, and implementing development programs.
  • Organizing and coordinating training sessions.
  • Delivering inspiring training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Keeping track of the latest trends in employee development.
  • Designing talent development and mentoring programs.
  • Managing the development budget and optimizing costs.
  • Updating development policies.
  • Reporting and collaborating with management regarding development activities.
  • Implementing innovations and new development tools.
