We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join our cohesive People & Culture team as a Learning & Development Specialist. With passion and a smile, you will take on the task of shaping development paths for employees and collaborators, both at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

Your role will be to design and implement modern, inspiring development programs that will help our teams and the entire organization grow. In close collaboration with the People & Culture department and Managers, you will uncover the potential of employees and collaborators and identify areas worth developing.

You will be responsible for organizing training sessions and workshops, as well as monitoring their effectiveness. If you are fascinated by innovative solutions, new educational tools, and want to create programs and strategies that have a real impact on talent and organizational growth – this role is for you.


Youre a perfect match for the role, if:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and are ready to take your skills to the next level
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, effectively assess training effectiveness, and implement necessary improvements that have a tangible impact on the organizations development
  • You possess practical knowledge and experience in managing L&D projects, administering training data, and preparing reports and summaries related to development projects
  • You are assertive, goal-oriented, and independent, with excellent task prioritization skills
  • You communicate exceptionally well both in writing and in public speaking, conveying information clearly and effectively
  • You have strong negotiation skills to establish favorable terms of collaboration with training providers
  • You are quick and effective at handling unexpected challenges and finding practical solutions
  • You love working in a team and show empathy toward the needs and expectations of employees
  • You are open to feedback, ready to receive constructive criticism, and use it to continuously improve development programs
  • You are proficient with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • You can create summaries, reports, and pivot tables in Excel, and you are skilled in PowerPoint and Forms
  • Your English proficiency is at least at a B2 level, both spoken and written

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting a comprehensive analysis of development needs at the individual, team, and organizational levels to accurately identify key areas for development
  • Collaborating with HRBPs and Managers to identify competency gaps and areas for improvement
  • Planning, creating, and implementing development programs, including technical, soft skills, and leadership development
  • Organizing and coordinating internal, external, and online training sessions
  • Delivering inspiring training sessions and workshops, as well as facilitating coaching sessions on soft skills
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing improvements
  • Keeping track of the latest trends and innovations in employee development and proposing implementations to enhance the experience of employees
  • Designing talent development and mentoring programs, and providing onboarding support to ensure a smooth integration of new team members
  • Managing the development budget and optimizing costs while maintaining the highest quality of training activities
  • Updating development policies
  • Reporting and collaborating with the management board regarding development activities
  • Implementing innovations and new development tools
