YOUR TASKS

1. Daily interaction with clients via phone and email;
2. Work on resolving L&D related issues;
3. Work with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments (amounts, licenses, vouchers, and learning credits, other training products) to meet contractual thresholds;
4. Monitor progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provide status reporting to the Contract Management core team;
5. Complete assigned tickets within the deadline.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Ability to speak the Spanish language (at least B2/C1);
2. Good knowledge of English (at least B2);
3. At least 6 months experience working in an HR department;
4. Strong analytical and technology troubleshooting skills;
5. Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills;
6. Student status or completed higher education;
7. Knowledge of SAP Success Factors Learning would be an advantage.
