• Building a culture of continuous improvement within the factory in line with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Supporting the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methods and tools across the plant.
• Coordinating and supporting the activities of project teams.
• Analyzing and evaluating production processes and initiating actions aimed at continuous improvement.
• Planning, organizing, and facilitating Kaizen workshops.
• Training and supporting employees in the use of Lean and Operational Excellence tools, and promoting the adoption of best practices.
  
  Requirements:
• Practical knowledge of Lean tools.
• Experience in the practical application of Lean Manufacturing methods.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Independence and proactivity in daily work.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Well‑developed persuasion and engagement skills.
