Main Responsibilities:
- Building a culture of continuous improvement within the factory in line with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Supporting the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methods and tools across the plant.
- Coordinating and supporting the activities of project teams.
- Analyzing and evaluating production processes and initiating actions aimed at continuous improvement.
- Planning, organizing, and facilitating Kaizen workshops.
- Training and supporting employees in the use of Lean and Operational Excellence tools, and promoting the adoption of best practices.
Requirements: - Practical knowledge of Lean tools.
- Experience in the practical application of Lean Manufacturing methods.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Independence and proactivity in daily work.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Well‑developed persuasion and engagement skills.
