WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


  • Identifying improvement opportunities and leading improvement projects in cooperation with operational, production, and administrative teams.
  • Creating process documentation and work standards, updating process maps and operating instructions.
  • Coordinating internal LEAN audits and recommending corrective and improvement actions.
  • Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Finance, HR, IT) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in LEAN implementations.
  • Supporting project initiators in calculating project profitability.
  • Measuring process cycle times and setting targets.
  • Standardization of warehouse processes at the clients branches.
  • Monitoring trends and best practices in LEAN Management and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Analyzing and optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency, eliminate waste, and reduce costs.
  • Implementing LEAN tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) in various areas of the organization.
  • Organizing and conducting LEAN workshops and problem-solving sessions with employees at different levels.
  • Supporting leaders and employees in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a LEAN culture in the organization.
  • Monitoring and reporting the effects of improvement actions, analyzing data and the impact of improvements on performance indicators (KPIs).


 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Experience in continuous improvement, LEAN, process optimization, or related areas – minimum 2–3 years.
  • Knowledge of LEAN tools and methods: 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, TPM, Just-in-Time, etc.
  • Experience in leading improvement projects – independently or within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Experience in a production, logistics, or service environment is a plus.
  • Higher education (preferred fields: production engineering, management, logistics, quality, or related).
  • LEAN certifications (e.g., Lean Green Belt, Lean Practitioner) will be a strong asset.
  • Analytical skills, communication abilities, and data presentation skills.
  • Communicative English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • High personal culture.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Ability to share knowledge and experience in conducting training sessions.
