Role Overview

Join a strategic HR transformation project aimed at designing and optimizing processes within a global organization. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable processes that ensure operational efficiency and deliver excellent user experiences.

Salary: 900 - 1000 pln net/ MD

Duration: 12 months with an option to extend

• 5–8 years of experience in process design, optimization, or HR transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or proven practical experience applying the methodology).
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to have: knowledge of HRIS (Workday, ServiceNow), AI and automation tools.

,[Lead comprehensive HR process design in assigned areas using Lean, Agile, and Human-Centred Design principles., Facilitate workshops with functional leaders and subject matter experts., Create process documentation (SOPs, RACIs, workflows) in line with transformation standards., Collaborate with technology, communications teams, and workstream leads., Support the implementation of new processes and hypercare phase.
