As our OMS Champion, you will be at the forefront of continuous improvement, enhancing warehouse processes and existing procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness. What Will You Do With Us?

• Implementing and monitoring progress of OMS systems collaboration with site manager and different parties.
• Create engaging graphical representations of data (using MS Office - Excel, PPT) and present your findings, including in English.
• Design and implement innovative, cost-effective solutions for logistics processes in partnership with management by analyzing diverse data sets (operational data, customer expectations, etc.).
• Maintaining continuous oversight of ongoing activities and ensuring current control during the implementation process.
• Share responsibility for our internal Operational Management System – OMS First Choice.
• Prepare and manage essential documentation relevant to the implementation process.
• Working closely with the site manager and OMS Advisor on implementing standardization and continuous improvement tools.

We ensure that:

• You will receive in-depth training on DHL’s Operations Management System – OMS First Choice/Smart Productivity, empowering you to effectively contribute to its implementation and standardization.
• You will receive necessary training according to internal methodologies to share acquired developmental knowledge with management.

What Skills Are We Looking For?

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics or production in an independent specialist role focused on process improvement using Lean methodology.
• At least 1 year of experience in process management and practical knowledge of process optimization methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with focus on achieving goals and can do attitude.
• Analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience in data reporting, analysis, and action planning based on conclusions.
• A proven track record of success in advising on developmental actions and improvements.
• Very good communication skills in English – B2 level.
• Experience in facilitating and conducting training or natural training predispositions.
