Purpose of Role

Lean Engineer – Leszno, Poland – Onsite

To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business value chain. This role focuses on optimising workflows, reducing costs, and improving quality across various business structures. It offers the opportunity to drive impactful change and contribute to strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute continuous improvement programmes across the business value chain network.

  • Lead key CI projects aligned with the overall CIP strategy and organisational goals.

  • Manage and improve WINS (Weir Integrated Network System) performance across the EMEA region.

  • Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Degree/Honours/B Tech/B Eng in Industrial Engineering.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, leading continuous improvement programmes.

  • Proficiency in Power Platform for creating dashboards and interactive reports.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation.

Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
