In this role you will support a project in a newly established manufacturing plant within the renewable energy sector. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading producers of wind turbines and contribute to the improvement of production processes with impact on global operations. The role focuses on observing, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing processes in line with Lean Manufacturing principles. The initial engagement is planned for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension and development into a long-term cooperation.

Your tasks

• Ongoing presence on the shop floor – observing production processes and identifying improvement opportunities in line with Lean principles
• Analysis and validation of Standard Work in cooperation with the local Lean / PEX team
• Supporting production leaders in the implementation of process improvements
• Participating in the preparation and update of process documentation
• Supporting production teams in building a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Lean Manufacturing within a production environment
• Experience in analyzing and working with Standard Work
• Ability to lead and implement process changes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operational teams
• Fluency in English
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
