About The Job

This role is responsible for leading operational excellence initiatives through the deployment of LEAN methodologies across the organization. It involves driving strategic process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing overall efficiency and performance. By aligning cross‑functional teams and leveraging data‑driven insights, the position plays a key role in optimizing production systems and delivering measurable business results.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement LEAN strategies and continuously improve production processes.
• Identify and eliminate waste in accordance with the LEAN Manufacturing philosophy.
• Support teams in implementing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM, TPM, etc.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops on LEAN methodologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Report results and implementation progress to company management.

Your Profile

• Higher technical education (preferred fields: production engineering, production management, mechanics, automation, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within LEAN Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and process improvement tools.
• Experience in leading optimization projects and implementing changes.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in English at a level allowing fluent communication.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools will be an additional asset.
