Our Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development department operates globally to help the business meet its strategic objectives that boost employee performance and engagement. We are looking for a Leadership Development & Talent Acquisition Expert to oversee and support projects within the area, including administrative responsibilities.
Your challenges:
- Lead and support global projects in the area of Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development;
- Facilitate various learning activities in the process of leaders trainings;
- Administrative support - oversee training offer calendar, scheduling, prepare communication to employees, supervise LMS tool;
- Manage learning platforms and analyze insights on platform activities. Cooperate with external providers and local HR teams to ensure the effectiveness of development initiatives;
- Monitor and analyze key training KPIs. Evaluate instructors performance and effectiveness of training programs;
- Look for best practices and collaborate with local HR teams to identify market needs and deliver solutions.
Your skills & experience:
- Experience in the area of talent acquisition and leadership development projects;
- English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level;
- Proven experience as an internal/ external trainer would be an asset;
- Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and external providers;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
