Who we're looking for?

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful website redesign projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• In-depth knowledge of UX research methodologies, user testing techniques, and best practices in UI design and interface testing
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments is a plus
