Who Are We Looking For?
✅ 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, including team leadership roles
✅ Strong portfolio showing work on large-scale, complex enterprise projects
✅ In-depth domain knowledge in investments and wealth management
✅ International professional experience
✅ A proven track record in team leadership and organizational transformation
✅ Fluency in English (C1 level)
✅ Proven understanding of digital banking and financial services
✅ Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
