Combine remote work with an office work in the heart of Wrocław
You’ll be joining a UX team that already has its first designer on board – and we’re just getting started. As a Lead UX Designer at Vazco, you’ll help us expand the team and shape how we approach multimodal interfaces. Your role will give you real influence on both the direction of the UX department and the experiences we deliver.
While UX will be your core focus, you won’t be working in isolation. You’ll collaborate closely with our 5-person Growth team, who will provide insights, feedback, and support to make sure ideas turn into solutions that are both innovative and user-friendly. Joining our Crew means taking part in a mission to create experiences that raise the bar on the market.
We would be absolutely astonished by you if you:
(don’t worry, it’s okay to learn these skills later)
At Vazco, we don’t just follow technology trends – we redefine what’s possible with AI. Every project we take on is a chance to build meaningful digital experiences powered by smart, scalable AI solutions. Whether we’re automating complex processes, enhancing user journeys, or enabling data-driven decisions – we’re here to make innovation real.
Excited about solving tough challenges for startups, scale-ups, and enterprises around the world? Curious about how AI can drive real business value, not just hype? That’s the space we operate in. You won’t have to choose between commercial impact and meaningful tech – our portfolio includes Open Source projects, nonprofit work, and deep partnerships with forward-thinking companies.
Our approach – AI-UX – fuses strong UX design with multimodal AI (chat, voice, web, mobile, microtools) and a sharp focus on strategic business goals. We design with impact in mind.
Now, let’s see what else makes joining our Crew so exciting!
Several reasons led me to join this fantastic team. Previously, I worked for a large technology company in Poland that did not prioritize the development of its employees. There was no chance for me to improve my skills by exploring new Open Source technologies, as we always stuck to outdated solutions. However, at Vazco, we embrace cutting-edge technologies and tools, providing ample opportunity for professional growth. Additionally, my colleagues supportive and collaborative culture makes it easy for me to learn and grow. To sum up, I am pleased to be a part of Vazco because everyone is treated equally and allowed to contribute, regardless of their seniority.
Senior Full Stack Developer
Find yourself in an authentic and open company culture. Our non-hierarchical structure means minimal management and transparent communication with everyone.
The values we believe in guide our day-to-day work.
Remote-First
Woke up at 5 a.m., skipped breakfast, and still got stuck in traffic? Yeah - we’ve been there. Not everyone’s an early bird, and that’s fine. Most roles at Vazco are fully remote, but if you’re into whiteboards, coffee chats, or just prefer an office vibe - our Wrocław HQ is always open. Clear expectations, async communication, and regular check-ins mean you’re never out of the loop - no matter where you log in from.
Knowledge-sharing environment.
We’re curious people by default. Collaborative culture thrives on sharing expertise. We have efficient processes that facilitate self-development and allow you to grow in the direction you choose. Join knowledge circles that spark your interest, participate in initiatives for the weekly Development Circle events, and get to know your colleagues best practices through mentoring or pair programming sessions.
Career fast track
Authority comes from merit, not the other way around. Thats why we dont allow years spent working in one role to dictate our seniority. You’ll get real responsibility from day one. Not in a "sink or swim" way - more like “here’s a challenge, we’ve got your back.” Many of us grew from junior to lead roles fast. You can too.
You won’t be thrown into the deep end with a vague job title and a “good luck.” Whether you’re just starting out or switching domains, you’ll have experienced folks showing you the ropes - and cheering you on while you climb. You’ll have access to experienced people who care about what you’re learning - not just what you’re delivering. Structured onboarding, regular 1:1s, feedback that’s actually useful. Whether you’re early in your career or switching focus, you won’t be doing it alone.
Team Culture
We’re pros at what we do, but we’re people first. We’ve got each other’s backs, celebrate wins (big and small), and stay connected - whether it’s through retreats, occasional office meetups, or spontaneous Slack nonsense. Behind every project, there’s a crew you can count on.
