We are seeking a UX Engineer to help drive great user experience and implementation for RelativityOne. Our product allows our customers to navigate large volumes of data as well as leverage powerful AI capabilities to find the truth and act on it.
In collaboration with Designers, Full-stack Engineers, and Product Managers, you will play a key role in translating user needs and pain points into accessible and intuitive interfaces. Using your engineering expertise, you will implement innovative solutions that address these needs while meeting business objectives, leveraging modern tools and technologies, including AI and machine learning. Your work will focus on defining, building, and validating seamless and responsive user experiences. Benefit Highlights:
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between 225,000 and 337,000 PLN. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidates depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
