We are seeking a UX Engineer to help drive great user experience and implementation for RelativityOne. Our product allows our customers to navigate large volumes of data as well as leverage powerful AI capabilities to find the truth and act on it.



In collaboration with Designers, Full-stack Engineers, and Product Managers, you will play a key role in translating user needs and pain points into accessible and intuitive interfaces. Using your engineering expertise, you will implement innovative solutions that address these needs while meeting business objectives, leveraging modern tools and technologies, including AI and machine learning. Your work will focus on defining, building, and validating seamless and responsive user experiences. Job Description And Requirements:



Role Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Designers, Full-stack Engineers, and Product Managers to coordinate and implement user-centric UI and features.
  2. Develop and maintain semantic, accessible HTML and CSS adhering to web standards.
  3. Collaborate with teams to enhance the application’s accessibility and user experience.
  4. Work with legacy technologies and navigate the complexities of older or less common front-end libraries.
  5. Modernize and refactor legacy code while ensuring compatibility and functionality.
  6. Conduct accessibility audits and implement improvements following WCAG guidelines.
  7. Mentor team members on semantic HTML and best practices for accessibility and responsiveness.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Deep experience in writing semantic HTML and reusable CSS.
  2. Expertise in building responsive and accessible UIs.
  3. Strong understanding of ARIA roles and accessible component patterns.
  4. Familiarity with legacy technologies, debugging old codebases, and maintaining unpopular libraries.
  5. Experience working in environments with complex, multi-tiered front-end architectures.
  6. Proficiency in browser developer tools for debugging and optimizing UIs.
  7. Knowledge of accessibility testing tools (e.g., axe, Lighthouse, or WAVE).
  8. Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, or similar for building dynamic user interfaces.
  9. Strong UX and design sensibilities.


Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4–6 years of experience in UX engineering or front-end development.
  2. Proven experience with building responsive, accessible web interfaces.
  3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
  4. Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize user experience and accessibility in all UI solutions.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.



The expected salary range for this role is between 225,000 and 337,000 PLN. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidates depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
