About the Project:

Our client, who specializes is web and mobile applications is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join their team and have a real impact on product and company development from day one.

Lead Test Automation Engineer (with Ruby)

Your responsibilities

• Define and refine test strategies to maximize coverage
• Automate REST API testing and build scalable Test Automation Frameworks
• Guide and support the team in implementing quality best practices (unit tests, automation, monitoring)
• Ensure smooth integration of test automation in CI/CD pipelines
• Work in an agile environment, supporting continuous improvement in testing processes

Our requirements

• 3+ years of experience in similar position (Lead or Engineer)
• Strong experience with test automation and scripting languages
• Understanding of QA methodologies, unit testing, and built-in quality practices
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing and version control tools
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with Ruby , Docker, and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with Kibana, Jira, Xray, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
