• Support QA engineers in stakeholder communication
• Assist in workload prioritization and task planning
• Define and monitor test coverage metrics
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle
• Create detailed test plans and test scenarios
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites
• Reduce reliance on manual regression testing
• Drive automation improvements through best practices
• Perform manual and exploratory testing when needed
• Participate in story refinement and test case analysis
• Review automation code and provide constructive feedback
• Share knowledge and contribute to QA best practices across teams

• 5+ years of experience in test automation, preferably in international and cross-functional team environments
• 1+ year of experience in leading QA teams or QA communities
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or XP
• Experience in performance testing
• Hands-on programming experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java
• Proficiency in API and/or frontend testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence)
• Experience working with BDD and Gherkin frameworks
• Solid understanding of manual testing concepts and the software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
