We are looking for Test Auto­ma­tion Engi­neers at two levels: Regular and Lead. In this role, you will design, imple­ment, and main­tain auto­mated testing stra­te­gies for medical soft­ware solu­tions, ensu­ring the highest stan­dards of quality and patient safety.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, imple­ment, execute, and main­tain auto­mated tests for web-based medical soft­ware solu­tions
  • Build and main­tain robust auto­ma­tion test frame­works and scripts
  • Ensure compli­ance with medical soft­ware stan­dards and vali­da­tion requi­re­ments
  • Create and main­tain test speci­fi­ca­tion docu­ments
  • Col­la­bo­rate with internal and external teams (QA, Analy­tics) to define accep­tance criteria and resolve tech­nical issues
  • Monitor and analyze test execu­tion stati­stics and deve­lop­ment metrics
  • As Lead Engi­neer, also:
  • Own and manage the test auto­ma­tion code­base (bran­ching stra­te­gies, code reviews, clean code prin­ciples)
  • Main­tain and opti­mize auto­mated test execu­tion pipe­lines in Azure DevOps

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of expe­ri­ence in Quality Assurance and Test Auto­ma­tion (3+ for Regular, 5+ for Lead role)
  • Pro­fi­ciency in C#, with hands-on expe­ri­ence in API and web test auto­ma­tion
  • Fami­lia­rity with C# testing frame­works and solid under­stan­ding of coding stan­dards and design patterns
  • Expe­ri­ence in crea­ting and execu­ting auto­mated func­ti­onal tests
  • Good know­ledge of Git and basic Linux command-line opera­tions
  • Abi­lity to work with Docker and foun­da­ti­onal know­ledge of Kuber­netes (basic kubectl commands)
  • Excel­lent spoken and written English
  • Effec­tive use of tools like JIRA for test manage­ment
  • Strong colla­bo­ra­tion skills for working with external QA and Analy­tics teams

Optional

  • Expe­ri­ence with CI/CD tools espe­ci­ally with Azure DevOps (manda­tory for Lead Role)
  • Pre­vious QA expe­ri­ence in medical soft­ware deve­lop­ment, inclu­ding compli­ance with industry stan­dards and vali­da­tion processes
  • Expe­ri­ence with Jama or other project manage­ment tools
