Repairs and tests mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Works from drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams and written or oral instructions to understand and perform repair and / or test activity. Ensures work meets established technical, product and quality requirements.
Provides the full range of Repair Technician advice and support for all types of company equipment and products.
Performs advanced-level repair and maintenance on all products.
Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems and processes to improve overall service delivery.
Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve complex and / or previously unknown problems.
Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team.
Handles issues escalated from Repair Technician team members.
Proactively supports the needs of other team members, providing technical assistance and expertise.
Serves as a key liaison with Supply Chain, Technology Solutions and other teams / stakeholders, ensuring ongoing collaboration and communication.
Contributes to improved repair services metrics reporting and documentation.
Our requirements
Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Repair Technician.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
