responsibilities :
Designing and building solutions that align with business and IT initiatives
Increasing customer satisfaction by delivering high-performance, scalable solutions
Collaborating with global teams to ensure coordination across regional boundaries
Fostering a collaborative environment to adopt best practices and deliver on-time
Leading end-to-end development from design to deployment, including automated testing
Managing system performance and optimizing solutions to help grow revenue
Ensuring code quality and system reliability through continuous integration and monitoring
Mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence within the team
Identifying and minimizing inefficiencies in the development process
Working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

Extensive hands-on experience in software development with Java/Python platforms
In-depth knowledge of micro-services architecture and MongoDB
Proven experience in end-to-end development with automated testing and deployment
Strong expertise in Unix, Git, Python builds, Jenkins, and Ansible
Proficiency with modern DevOps tools and techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills with global teams
Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applications
