The Lead Business Analyst will workshop & manage customer requirements, define functional specifications, support build & test phases, and directly configure the CSG CPQ and Order Management system.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will:

  • Dive deep into telecommunications, developing detailed knowledge of markets, products, sales, delivery, and operations.
  • Solve real-world business problems considering technical, financial, and operational constraints.
  • Take ownership of business analysis initiatives, ensuring work packages are delivered on time, with quality standards, and scope as agreed with the Project Manager.
  • Create end-to-end solution blueprints and configure workflows and catalogs, considering exception and failure scenarios for robustness.
  • Contribute to our methodology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage client expectations through workshops and feedback sessions.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Mentor and lead a team of aspiring solution designers.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have hands-on coding experience, understanding when to use global/local variables and object-oriented programming concepts, with a technical background in software configuration/development.
  • Possess 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst in telecom billing, product catalog, or pricing domains.
  • Exhibit strong communication and business analysis skills, including requirement documentation and business process mapping.
  • Have experience working as a vendor.
  • Have hands-on experience with configuration-driven systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siebel).
  • Demonstrate English proficiency in a business environment.
