If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy turning ideas into memorable experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.### ## **What You Will Do*** Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.* Review and optimize processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency and meet current requirements.* Manage monthly event budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial justifications.* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely reporting to measure event success.* Ensure compliance with country regulations, GDPR, SOX, FCPA, and internal quality policies in all event activities.* Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Product Managers to conduct regular event reviews and identify improvement opportunities.* Leverage virtual event platforms to deliver high-quality digital experiences.* Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive continuous improvement and maximize impact.## **What You Will Need****Required*** Minimum 4 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, or related field.* Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.* Working knowledge of GDPR regulations.**Preferred*** Experience managing budgets and financial reporting for events.* Familiarity with virtual event platforms and digital event delivery.Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.Travel Percentage: 30%
