We are looking for a seasoned, results-driven and cooperative Lead Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team!

• Full-stack expertise: You have deep expertise in full-stack development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Big picture vision: You understand various architectural styles and can grasp the bigger picture of the system, including its complexities and interdependencies. You can analyze the impact of technical decisions on the overall system and align your teams work with the companys strategic goals.
• Ownership qualities: You have a proven track record of taking ownership of assigned initiatives, and driving them to successful completion. You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work and the work of your team.
