As a Lead Software Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical leadership to an international development team based in Kraków. You will balance architecture and coding excellence with mentorship and team development, ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with business priorities. You will collaborate closely with backend teams, Product Owners, and global stakeholders, influencing architectural decisions, improving engineering practices, and strengthening agile delivery standards.
