Analyze business requirements and participate in the design, review, and development of enterprise software and infrastructure solutions in collaboration with system architects
Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions following best practices and Agile methodology
Write performant, scalable, and maintainable code that is also easily testable
Continuous integration and delivery of new features/code with automated testing
Participate in code reviews, providing objective feedback and improving overall software quality
Perform root cause analysis of software and system defects and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreement) are met
Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies with the team
Mentor team members and encourage adherence to standards and best practices
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field or 7+ years Software Programming experience building scalable commercial applications or services
Expertise building and operating high throughput, low latency, exceptionally reliable systems at scale
Expertise with software architecture and ability to formulate and review designs
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar will be a benefit
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs and Machine Learning in general is a plus
Expertise with cloud computing and cloud storage infrastructures (AWS or Azure)
Expertise with Continuous Delivery and working in a DevOps culture (Gitlab, Artifactory, Sonarqube etc.)
Experience with Containerization and Container Orchestration like Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience with monitoring and debugging tools (Splunk, Grafana)
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment
