Job Responsibilities:

• 50% of time as a Development Team Leader and 50% as a Software Developer.
• Collecting and analyzing business requirements and transforming them into innovative application solutions.
• Drive timely, high-quality product delivery throughout the application lifecycle.
• Establishing processes and best practices for development standards, version control, quality control, deployment, maintenance, and change management.
• Developing frameworks and tools for processing and analyzing large amounts of data for analysis.
• Collaborating with other developers, designers, stakeholders, and internal customers.
• Mentoring team members, promoting knowledge sharing across product development teams.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience as a software developer, including at least 4 years in team management.
• Higher education in IT, technical or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Python and full experience in the project life cycle.
• Ability to translate business strategies into comprehensive, pragmatic technology solutions and implementation plans (roadmaps).
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Creating applications running on cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS).
• Practical knowledge of Big Query, Google Dataflow, Apache Beam or other data processing workflows.
• Experience with container platforms, container orchestration systems, and test frameworks (XUnit, Moq).
