Develocraft is looking for a Lead Software Engineer for one of our international clients who creates modern sales and marketing solutions for automotive dealers from around the world.
responsibilities :
50% of time as a Development Team Leader and 50% as a Software Developer,
Collecting and analyzing business requirements and transforming them into innovative application solutions,
Drive timely, high-quality product delivery throughout the application lifecycle,
Establishing processes and best practices for development standards, version control, quality control, deployment, maintenance, and change management,
Developing frameworks and tools for processing and analyzing large amounts of data for analysis,
Collaborating with other developers, designers, stakeholders, and internal customers,
Mentoring team members, promoting knowledge sharing across product development teams.
requirements-expected :
At least 8 years of experience as a software developer, including team management,
Higher education in IT, technical or related,
Excellent knowledge of Python and full experience in the project life cycle,
Ability to translate business strategies into comprehensive, pragmatic technology solutions and implementation plans (roadmaps),
Very good knowledge of Polish and English.
