Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Lead Developer to oversee and mentor a small team of junior developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, AWS Cloud, and both relational and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of scalable e-commerce solutions
• Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of 2-3 junior developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Experience with AWS Cloud services
• Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a development team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
