Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Lead Developer to oversee and mentor a small team of junior developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, AWS Cloud, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable e-commerce solutions
- Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of 2-3 junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Experience with AWS Cloud services
- Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a development team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
