We are looking for a Network Security SME to join the Cybersecurity Technology Engineering team. This role is critical in implementing and maintaining security measures across network infrastructure to protect brand reputation, shareholder value, and sensitive information.

• Strategic Security Leadership:
• Lead the development and execution of strategic security initiatives to strengthen network defenses
• Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity strategies to senior management and stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date security documentation
• Security Documentation Review:
• Conduct in-depth reviews of security design documentation and firewall rules using a risk-based approach
• Identify gaps in security controls and support remediation plans
• Advanced Technical Support and Guidance:
• Offer advanced technical support on complex network solutions, cryptography, and data security projects
• Ensure compliance with global cybersecurity standards and promote best practices
• Risk Management:
• Lead risk assessment activities and develop comprehensive risk management plans
• Collaborate with business teams as part of the first line of defense (1LOD) to maintain visibility of IT security risk profiles
• Engage with regional and global cybersecurity stakeholders to address security concerns
• Knowledge and Best Practices:
• Stay current with security frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Participate in special projects and other assigned duties
• Mentorship and Team Development:
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
